Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Pashen pieces. If something's not right, here's how returns work:

Changed your mind?
You can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You'll be responsible for the return shipping cost.

We made a mistake?
If you received the wrong size or a damaged item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method, and we'll cover the return shipping — no cost to you.
